Norfolk COMPACT
The NorfolkCOMPACT is a tool for improving relationships between organisations in the public sector and those in the voluntary and community sector.
Its purpose is to:

• provide a framework for good and productive relationships between organisations in the statutory and those in the voluntary and community sectors
• promote better understanding between the sectors
• support the application of 'Best Value' principles in relationships between the sectors
